Proudly “Made by Nigerian creatives, in Nigeria, for Nigerians” was Nigeria’s first feature-length film, ‘Lady Buckit & The Motley Mopsters‘ with a $1m budget. Its producers and the creative team hope it will help share the rich past of Nigeria.
On Friday 11 December, the cinematic release of Lady Buckit & The Motley Mopsters (LBMM) will hit theatres both locally and internationally. It is possible to view the new teaser here:

The project took two years to complete with a 30-member crew and a budget of $1m.
Blessing Amidu is Hot Ticket Productions’ CEO and founder and was both the film’s director and executive producer. She says she was motivated by her daughter to participate in this project and self-fund it.
The film also captured Bisi Adetayo as a lead animator who had experience in many foreign projects, including the cult blockbuster ‘Game of Thrones‘ at the moment when many people turn to fantasy series.
